We promised to deliver Peninsula Park, and with Premier Chris Minns, I’m pleased to announce that the new Wentworth Point High School field is now open for public use.

Students at Wentworth Point High School will have priority access during school hours, giving them a high-quality space for outdoor learning to reach their potential. 

This will include fencing with community access gates, bench seating, and playing field lighting.

The field will be open to the public out of school hours.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our campaign to deliver this much-needed open space and build a better community for Wentworth Point. 

The Minns Labor Government is delivering on my commitment to provide local residents with the park they were promised over 10 years ago after a decade of delays and broken promises by the previous LIberal Government. 

There’s more work to do, and I’ll keep working with Premier Chris Minns to deliver more upgrades for our families and community.
